At Softcery, we help bootstrapped founders build enduring B2B SaaS platforms. They have industry expertise and see an opportunity, and we help them validate, launch, and grow a SaaS product with product management, design, and development services. We’re also working on our own SaaS products, such as Auxillary AI (auxillary.co). We’re seeking an experienced Sales Manager in Lviv to help us scale our sales game and hit our sales goals predictably and reliably. Our current primary lead generation channel for services is Upwork and we’re also steadily working on our LinkedIn. For products, we’re looking at cold outreach over email and LinkedIn. You’d be working with a team of 2-3 lead generation specialists (SDRs), continuously monitoring and improving our lead generation workflow, as well as participating in sales calls, at first with our CEO and then independently. You’d also be doing lead generation and post-contact communication yourself, so this is a very hands-on position, as we’re a small and dynamic company. In terms of candidate qualities and requirements, we’re looking at a person who understands that sales don’t have to be sales-y or push-y. We’re in expert, consultative, collaboration-driven sales. This also means that a certain level of expertise in product management, design, and development is necessary, as well as a good understanding of the SaaS market, startups, and technical innovations.
