Innoware is expanding its business and is looking for a Sales Manager who will close deals and work with leaders in the field of ERP solutions.
Location:Ukraine (remote or hybrid in Kyiv).
Geography of clients:Ukraine + EU, UAE, Great Britain, USA.
Sources of leads:~95% are incoming warm leads from marketing, ~5% are your own prospecting.
Your product:ERP solution implementation and support services Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM – products that help companies increase their efficiency and protect data.
Your key tasks:
- Communication with leads:determine customer needs and expectations, qualify them according to BANT, record all interactions in CRM.
- Management of agreements from the first contact to signing:negotiations, organization and holding of meetings, company presentations, demonstrations of ERP solutions.
- Preparation of documents:commercial offers, tender documentation, contracts (together with lawyers) and other materials.
- Building long-term relationships:regular communication, provision of relevant information, follow-up letters.
- Participation in PR and business activities:attending Innoware and partner events, webinars.
- Expertise development:deep product study, market analysis, finding new sales opportunities.
Experience and knowledge:
- 1+ years of sales experience,marketing or customer support in the field of IT or technological solutions - ERP and/or CRM, Power Platform, cloud IT infrastructure, SaaS, Telecom, IoT, etc.
- It will be a plus, but not a mandatory requirement - sales experience in the field of ERP or CRM solutions of any vendor (Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Salesforce, Terrasoft/Creatio, IT-Enterprise, etc.).
- Understanding business needs in IT solutions, their types and purpose.
- English- Upper Intermediate or higher, fluent and competent command of Ukrainian language.
