We are rapidly growing and looking for a Medical Coordinator who combines strong sales skills, mature communication, and genuine empathy for patients.
Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly sales targets and financial goals.
Manage the full patient journey: process inquiries, gather needs, select the best clinic offer, and guide patients through all stages of treatment.
Actively communicate with patients via chat, email, and IP telephony.
Work with medical records and the CRM system.
Collaborate with the Team Lead and team to maximize results.
Our Perfect Match:
Result-oriented, ready to sell and earn.
Medical education or experience in healthcare.
Strong communication skills: able to persuade, negotiate, and highlight the benefits of medical packages.
Empathetic and capable of working with patients under stress.
Proactive, eager to grow both financially and professionally.
Willing to communicate with patients outside of regular working hours if necessary.
Will be a plus:
Experience in sales and achieving KPIs.
English language at B1 level or higher.
Other languages are double plus.
