Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. Our company already has a ready-made team of developers and designers, as well as a small customer base on LinkedIn. Your main task will be to develop and implement strategies to attract new customers, promote our company in the market and increase the customer base.
Main responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of effective strategies for attracting new customers.
- Identification of potential customers and market opportunities.
- Conducting market research to identify new trends and opportunities for growth.
- Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with by clients.
- Coordination of work with a team of developers and designers to ensure satisfaction of clients' needs.
- Development of marketing materials and campaigns to promote the company.
- Conducting negotiations and concluding agreements with new clients.
- Constant monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of implemented strategies and their adjustment as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position of 3 years or more.
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the IT market and understanding of its trends.
- Ability to work with LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Skills in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate work with other departments.
