Functional responsibilities:
- Development of product strategy on the Ukrainian market
- Development of channel strategy, price strategy, partners
- Development and implementation of PRM together with marketing and KAM teams based on KPIs
- Development of marketing and promotion strategy
- Development of sales plans based on KPIs, targets and expected market size
< li>Forecasting demand based on KPIs and Company goals- Preparation and agreement of terms of trade by channels
- Analysis of product market trends and actions of competitors
- Development of business with regional networks
- Management of relations between business and clients
- Preparation of terms of trade with further control of their implementation
- Agreement of plans with clients based on KPI (sales goals, IHS, Display Share , WOS)
- PSI management: product, channel, customers
- Development and agreement with customers of the product matrix
- Ensure regular forecasting of orders based on sales plans, supply planning customer, WOS and seasonal market trends
- Coordinating promotional activities with Customers aimed at balancing the customer's inventory and achieving the company's KPI (IHS, MS, WOS)
