Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for a proactive and driven individual who has a passion for the IT service and development industry. You will be instrumental in expanding our market presence, managing sales of our comprehensive range of services, and driving our growth in both B2B and B2C segments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our full stack software development services, including web and mobile app development, web design, and more.

- Actively bid for projects on freelance platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer, leveraging these platforms to secure new business opportunities.

- Utilize LinkedIn and other business tools for lead generation, networking, and sales purposes.

- Engage in B2B and B2C sales, effectively communicating with customers to understand their needs and offering tailored solutions.

- Responsible for the entire sales cycle from planning and execution to finding new customers, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

- Oversee quality management, pricing, and deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Expand our business in the import/export sector, including sales of consumables for printing devices and remanufacturing and recycling services for cartridges.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding customer trends, and responding effectively to customer needs.

Requirements:

 

- Proven experience in sales, specifically in the IT service and development industry.

- Strong knowledge of web development services, marketplaces, and the digital landscape.

- Experience with bidding on Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelance platforms.

- Proficiency in using LinkedIn as a business and sales tool.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

- Experience in B2B and B2C sales, with a track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

- Strong negotiation skills, with experience in contract negotiation and signing.

- Excellent planning, execution, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Ability to work independently, find new customers, and drive sales growth.

- Knowledge in import/export activities, and sales of consumables for printing devices and cartridge recycling services is a plus.
