Therefore, we are currently expanding our sales team and invite an active specialist to the position of Sales Manager of IT consulting services - implementation of Microsoft solutions (ERP&CRM). Your leads and customers will be companies of various industries from Ukraine, Europe and the USA. The services you will sell - this is the implementation and support of ERP and CRM systems of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 line - comprehensive solutions for automating business processes, which are among the most popular in the world. In particular, you will mainly lead the leads who want to implement the ERP system Business Central (BC/NAV/Navision), which has more than 30,000 companies and 200,000 users. Your key tasks will be: Working with leads, conducting negotiations. Processing of incoming leads, qualification of leads, determination of customer needs. Support of potential customers on the way from the first communication to the signing of the contract; organization and coordination of meetings, conducting negotiations. Conducting presentations, demonstrations. Documentary support. Preparation of commercial proposals, contracts, other documents related to the sales process. Preparation of documents for participation in tenders. Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. Organization of cooperation with other Microsoft partners for joint work on projects - search, negotiations, support of cooperation. Strategic and analytical work. Participation in the preparation of sales and marketing strategies. Market analysis and search for opportunities to sell company services. Qualification: From 1 year of successful experience in sales of IT services or technological solutions - ERP, CRM, IoT, etc. It will be an advantage - experience in sales of ERP or CRM implementation services (any vendor - Microsoft , Creatio / Terrasoft, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, 1C, etc.). Sales experience in European countries and/or in the USA. Strong skills in working with Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of languages: fluent Ukrainian, English - UpperIntermediate level or higher (incl. part conversational). Higher education. Soft skills: energy, activity; interest in the services we provide; strong communication skills; the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
