Sales manager in an online store for children's goods in Ischenko I.O., FOP

You will be a great addition to our team if: you are fluent in the Ukrainian language; friendly, emotionally balanced, able to navigate in non-standard situations and like to communicate with people; attention to detail and responsible; have a mobile phone and a PC/laptop for work; have telephone/mail sales experience or a strong desire to learn. Communication will take place only with interested buyers on Instagram or those who have already placed an order on the website and are waiting for confirmation. No cold calls. WE WILL WAIT FOR YOU: Earnings per month from 15,000 hryvnias (shift rate + % of orders). In season - up to 40 thousand. Weekly salary payment. Possibility to work at home. Responsibilities: receiving and processing orders on Instagram and on the website; consulting buyers on product selection, communication in messengers and by phone; entering product receipts into the CRM system; creating automatic sales control creation of fiscal receipts; control of non-receipt of orders from the post office, reminding buyers to pick up the parcel; filling the site according to the information on the goods provided by the suppliers. We are looking for an energetic and communicative person who likes to work with people and has a positive attitude. An additional advantage will be experience in the CRM system. We work in SalesDrive and Odoo. We are looking for a candidate to work on a permanent basis.
