What exactly to do?
making calls to the hot customer base (these are the customers who have already placed an order on the website and are ready to buy the product)
product: large and small household appliances, clothes, cosmetics, garden equipment, etc.
processing of orders, sale of additional products
We are working in LP-CRM and from IP telephony installed on a computer or laptop

Competitive payment terms, fixed fee for each placed order + % percentage from additional sales to the client's main order. On average, our managers earn from UAH 20,000 TOP managers and those who work for more than 3 months earn from UAH 40,000/month (there are those who earn UAH 80,000), there are also bonuses for fulfilling the plan. Requirements:
Possession of competent language and clear diction, free and correct communication. We communicate with clients exclusively in Ukrainian!
Availability of a personal computer or laptop. Preferably new ones. Windows operating system from version 7 or iOS.
Availability of a wired headset (headphones with a microphone) of the gaming type.
Availability of stable Internet from 50 Mbit/s.
Ability to ensure silence during the work shift.
Punctuality and responsibility, starting from the stage of training and internship.
Experience is not necessary, but is welcome
Working conditions:
remote work with you home. From now on, no minibuses and lifts three hours before the shift.
Salary payment 2 times a month to the card of any Ukrainian bank.
Work schedule 5/2, weekends floating. You choose the shift yourself and work on it the entire working period: 8-16; 12-18; 14-22; 18-23 or 21-24
