Vacancy: Sales manager in an online store (with obligatory knowledge of the Polish language). good command of the spoken and written Polish language for the development of our business in the Polish market. Duties: Advising customers and placing orders from the online store and the store's social networks (in writing, in Ukrainian and Polish); Keeping customers in the CRM system and Excel tables ( we give work instructions); Interaction with designers (transfer and control of design execution); Control of order fulfillment; Creation of transport invoices. Requirements: Age 21 and over; Fluency in spoken and written Polish; High level of attentiveness when working with filling out and checking information ; Experience in sales will be an advantage, but it is not necessary Willingness to learn and develop.
