Duties: Online sales of remote controls for equipment. Processing of IP telephony calls (hot base). Processing of customer orders (website -store, marketplaces Rozetka, Prom, Zakupka). Placing orders in the CRM system. Advising customers on the product, helping in the selection of remote controls for equipment and setting up. Knowledge of the company's product catalog. Sale of related products (batteries, covers for remote controls). Service and advising clients of an online store. Issuing goods to customers at the pick-up point (office), processing returns and exchanging goods. Dealing with objections. Accepting payment from customers of the online store (cash, payment terminal). Monitoring the balance of goods in the store, ordering goods from the company's warehouse. according to the company's program developed on the Sintegrum platform. Requirements: Willingness to learn, work and earn. It is possible without work experience. Confident use of a computer and the Internet, preferably experience with the CRM system, quick learning of the company's software. Communicability, activity and result-oriented. Adhere to the rules and standards of the company in sales and customer service. Process incoming leads in a timely manner and adhere to the sales script. Fluency in the Ukrainian language. Conditions: Place of work: st. Solomyanska, 5 (closest to Vokzalna, a 20-minute walk from the metro) Hours of operation: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mon.—Fri. and 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sat.—Sun. 5 working days 2 weekends (flexible) Starting salary 16,000 UAH in the first month, while you are studying, after the internship (training) term — 9,000 UAH + sales bonus + KPI.
