Hurma System, known as the market leader among HR systems, is looking for a Sales Manager to join its team , which will help develop our educational project Hurma Academy, which includes courses, webinars and a closed community for HR & Recruiters.
Hurma Academy is an educational project where practical speakers provide deep knowledge in a short time. The mission of our educational project is to implement a quality HR methodology in every company and to increase the effectiveness of personnel management. We are confidently stepping forward and expanding our Hurma Academy project, so we are very much looking forward to a new member of our team who will step forward and grow with us just as confidently.
What we expect from the candidate:
- high level of competent command of the Ukrainian language (written and spoken);
- 1 year of experience in sales or with clients in educational projects;
- understanding of the sales process;
- confidence in conducting negotiations, working with objections, summarizing results;
- confident level of knowledge of Google Docs, online tables and presentations;
- skills in searching for the necessary information on the Internet. Ability to quickly process information: make comparisons and draw conclusions;
- the ability to establish effective communication and the ability to build strong relationships with the client;
- focus on the best result and initiative;
- analytical and system thinking;
- focus on self-development and learning ability.
Will be a belt:
- work experience with the CRM system;
- creative and unconventional thinking. Responsibilities:
- communication with clients in HURMA Academy messengers, processing incoming requests (+calls);
- advising future HURMA Academy students and HURMA Community members;
- understand current areas of study;
- sale of educational programs and registration of students in groups;
- outgoing calls to potential customers of HURMA Academy: consultation; maintaining a customer base;
- treatment of the base of warm leads;
- work with current customers (subscription and cancellation, payment reminders, events, etc.);
- development and strengthening of relations with clients.
Additional tasks (participation in product promotion):
- collection and processing of information;
- help in content preparation;
- help in promotion.
