Пряме повідомлення учасника, який розмістив вакансію, з Teamvoy Oleksandra Levytska Looking for Sales Manager Teamvoy is looking for a Sales Manager to join us.As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for finding potential clients and driving revenue growth. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, and assist in closing complex sales deals.The ideal candidate will have a passion for self-development/growth; a specific industry knowledge (finance or gaming/gambling or healthcare or other); understanding of the tech industry; experience navigating competitive landscapes; creating and updating presentations and proposals for potential clients, and a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets. We welcome applications from veterans.What you bring:• You have 3–5 years of experience working in sales, some of which are within the technology industry (product or service side);• You have a Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, International Relations, Political Sciences, Psychology, Marketing, Linguistics, Law, or Computer Sciences and similar;• You are fluent in English (business proficiency). An additional language is a big plus (French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Arab);• You have a trackable history of meeting or exceeding B2B sales targets;• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage and track sales activities. Previous experience with Apollo.io, Pipedrive or Hubspot is a benefit. LinkedIn Sales Navigator is your bff;• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written;• Creating and updating proposals for clients (writing content based on the information provided, building project timelines, and calculating costs using the tools provided);• Preparing presentations for client meetings and creating value-added materials (customizing standard decks, gathering information from various sources, formatting, etc.);• Experience selling complex solutions with multiple stakeholders involved;• Negotiation and closing skills;• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets;• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, with a focus on long-term account growth;• Previous call center experience is a plus.What we offer:• Work in a comfortable office in the city center of Lviv (the office has a generator and Starlink);• Base Salary + Commission % on sales;• 20 working days of vacation and 20 sick days;• Free English language courses;• Coaching and professional development with a Sales leader;• Room for innovation, growth and independent thinking.
