OUR CLIENT: The company is a Swedish-Polish leading manufacturer of mobile fences, container staircase systems and construction stairs for industry and construction, as well as temporary security systems. As a group, they operate their own high-tech production facility and specialize in selected products and can also act on a project-related basis. The services range from design, production, sales and rental of light steel structures. They can take care of delivery and assembly throughout Europe and, in special cases, even worldwide. The high-quality products are certified by TÜV-SÜD in accordance with the EN 1090-1 standard. Most of them also have a CE mark. In order to strengthen the structures in Germany, we are looking for a committed, entrepreneurial and sales-oriented person with very good German (min. C1) and industry knowledge on the German market for the position: SALES MANAGER GERMANY (m/f/d)< /strong>

GOAL OF THE POSITION: Increase the company's market share on the German market.

- Proven sales success in B2B in Germany in construction and industry
- At least 4-5 years of professional experience in the sale of construction machinery, construction equipment, containers, construction stairs or steel structures in the DACH region
- Knowledge of German at native language level
- Good knowledge of English or Polish (production plant in Poland)
- Negotiation skills coupled with sales strength
- High level of initiative, organizational skills and reliability
- Willingness to travel (class B driving license).
