What you need:

  • PC knowledge and basic knowledge of office programs
  • Knowledge of the German language: from level B2 and above

  • Knowledge of stages and sales techniques: experience in a call center will be a plus
  • Communication skills : ability to explain in simple language, convey an opinion, argue, convince Technical support: stable internet, headset, laptop or PC
