Sales manager (export projects, electronics production) in VD MAIS, naukovo-virobnicha firma, PP

VD MAIS is a distributor and contract manufacturer of electronics. We are doing so that there will be more electronics made in Ukraine in the world. The products we supply work on railways and nuclear power plants, illuminate the streets of Ukrainian cities, work in German cars and American space satellites. We are looking for a manager who will be responsible for business development with foreign customers, namely: actively looking for new customers, communicating with potential customers, prepare and present proposals, accompany existing projects, manage calculations, production and logistics. You will delegate specific tasks to other departments, but you will be personally responsible for the overall result. In peacetime, we have many business trips, but during wartime, most communications are conducted online. Requirements for candidates: work experience in technical sales (electronics / electrical engineering and related fields), higher technical education: field of radio physics, electronics, radio engineering, electrical engineering, instrument engineering, English level B2. Preference will be given to candidates who: understand the cultural peculiarities of working with customers from the EU / USA, have experience in the selection of an element base for electronics. After passing the trial period and training, you can work in a mixed mode. Until then, work will be in the office - there is a gym and free meals. Health insurance is provided to employees with experience. Your salary will consist of a base rate, to which is added a 2-level motivation system (KPI + OKR).
