As the Sales Manager for the European iGaming market, you’ll be the key player in developing and nurturing relationships with casino operators and other key stakeholders. We need a true “hunter” — someone with a proactive approach, a knack for closing deals, and the determination to expand our footprint. This role is all about chasing opportunities and driving sales. Plus, a good sense of humor is essential; we believe in working hard and having fun while doing it!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hunt for Opportunities: Actively seek out and identify new business opportunities across Europe and Africa. You’ll be the front-line person driving our market expansion.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with casino operators and other key stakeholders in the European iGaming industries.
  • Close Deals: Take charge of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring that targets are met and exceeded.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and improve our offerings.
  • Report Progress: Using our CRM, monitor your own sales performance and provide regular updates and insights to management, showcasing your wins and strategies.
  • Represent the Company: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and build connections with potential partners. The role requires frequent travel.

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. Additional proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the iGaming industry. We need someone who knows how to close deals.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of iGaming markets, including regulatory requirements and player preferences.
  • Quick Thinking: Ability to think on your feet and provide quick, effective solutions to client needs and questions about complex products.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets. You thrive on competition and challenges.
  • Sense of Humor: A good sense of humor is a must. We believe that a fun work environment is key to success.
