We are looking for a Sales Manager to strengthen our team and work with our clients in the Chinese market.What you'll do:Drive the expansion of cross-border advertisers from China through strategic sales initiatives aimed at increasing market penetration and revenue generation;Searching for new clients, managing the full sales cycle - from lead generation to closing the deal;Developing and maintaining sales pipeline;Meeting sales targets in terms of quality and quantity;Analyze the market of affiliate marketing and track its trends;Build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients;Attend various events, promote company's products among potential clients;Work with Excel, Hubspot, SimilarWeb, LinkedIn;Provide regular reports on the work performed.What we expect:At least 2 years of B2B outbound sales experience;Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills;Ability to establish contacts easily, be communicative and work under strict deadlines;Knowledge of basic marketing channels and tools;Experience prospecting on Linkedin;Fluency in Chinese and English is a must.We offer:Work in the international company;Employee assistance programs;Hybrid working format (office/home office);Corporate education — courses and trainings, meetups and conferences;Voluntary health insurance after probation period;We promote healthy lifestyle and encourage employees by special fitness reimbursement policy;Effective onboarding program for a better start;Corporate events and team buildings.
