Our website https://lizar.ua/ and Instagram https://www.instagram.com/lizar.cosmetics The person we see in this role: super sociable, loves communication with other people, and this will be a lot, about 50−100 dialogues a day; fluent in the Ukrainian language (oral and in writing); is ready to show the necessary level of attention and care to customers on behalf of the brand, and create an unforgettable service for each customer; has a high level of self-organization and knows how to work in a team; can absorb large amounts of data - it will be necessary to study the description and characteristics of all products; has the ability to quickly navigate the situation, understand the situation and quickly solve it; has a high level of stress resistance - as working with clients can sometimes be stressful; has a desire to develop professionally and perceives changes as a component of development; is an experienced smartphone and computer user what will need to be done? — Sell! Communication with customers takes place through: inquiries and dialogues on Instagram and Facebook, Viber and Telegram messengers, phone calls; offer and select care products for our customers, identify needs and make upsells and cross-sells; execute a sales plan; help customers with placing orders on the website, solve any questions regarding the order (when will it be shipped? the wrong product was sent, the container broke, and so on); keep records and statistics of communications using Excel/Google spreadsheets; work in the CRM system (now it is KeyCRM) for managing leads, inquiries, processing orders, working with funnels; participate in offline events (fairs such as Vski Svoi, Courage Bazaar, exhibitions); undergo training and acquire the skill not only to sell products, but also to understand how we pack it, send it, so that, if necessary, we can send parcels from our office as skillfully as we sell products. What do we have for you? 6-day work schedule from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. or from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (this position involves activity from Monday to Saturday, on Saturday the workload is 50% less than on weekdays), a comfortable office (for work on weekdays) near the Poznyaki metro station ; the option of partially remote work is possible; clear tasks, described business processes and rules of execution; an adequate manager, always available to ask questions, get answers, and discuss ideas. In addition, there are individual meetings every week; quick resolution of all problems with equipment and programs; we have no bureaucracy, decisions are made quickly. Everyone has the right to vote - any idea you have will be heard, and if it is relevant, we implement it; a coordinated team, everyone with whom you will cooperate, responsible, adequate people in their positions, progressive and friendly. adaptation period — 3 months: 1st month — involves training and testing of acquired skills in real conditions; benchmark fee for the adaptation period is UAH 15,000; The 2nd and 3rd months usually provide an opportunity to establish interaction between the team and the new member, and to understand whether we are ready to move forward together to make each other better and achieve new goals - here you can already receive a fee based on the formula of a fixed amount + a percentage for the execution of the plan ;the fee after the trial will depend on the implementation of the sales plan, the guideline is 17-25 thousand hryvnias, but there is no ceiling here - the more sales, the higher the final fee;a brand whose product is pleasant to sell not only to customers, but also to recommend to mom and friends; the opportunity to receive a lot of gratitude from customers for excellent service, which significantly raises the level of endorphins; special team bonuses for brand products to be able to always use brand products and get your own customer experience.
