We invite a Customer Service Manager from Kyiv to join the team. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in sales (FMCG\ trade\ financial\ insurance sphere). Knowledge of the principles of online sales and customer service: understanding of the sales funnel, methods of attracting and retaining customers, cross-selling. Ability to calculate: ability to calculate and use simple arithmetic formulas, calculating interest, drawing up tariffs, etc. Ability to work with CRM systems: maintaining a customer base, managing deals, data analysis. Text communication skills: the ability to write competent and concise texts (messages), conduct business correspondence with clients. Experience in online sales: knowledge of the specifics of work in a particular field of online sales or customer service. Knowledge of the basics of psychology: understanding the motives of customer behavior, the ability to work with objections. Analytical mindset, presentable appearance, competent language, responsibility, stress resistance. Living in Kyiv. Responsibilities: Serving existing customers. Work schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 5/2 Mon-Fri. Probationary contract: 1 month rate 25,000 hryvnias; 2-3 month rate 25,000 UAH + CRI (plan and % of customer turnover are set). After the trial period, the rate is UAH 30,000 + CRI (the plan and % of customer turnover are set). Salary payment 2 times a month. Adaptation by a mentor at the stage of introduction of naposada.
