We are currently growing and expanding, and as a result, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our Partnership Department. We are in search of an individual who can contribute their expertise and excellence to our team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, a team player, capable of working effectively with others, and unafraid of professional challenges.The position is open for our Lviv and Kyiv offices.Your responsibilities will include:Finding and using the most effective methods of selling services to corporate clients;Selling products and services to corporate clients, taking into account their needs and expectations: corporate tickets to events and other services available to member companies;Analyzing databases and planning communication with clients;Using the most effective communication channels (phone, messengers, e-mail) to sell and support corporate clients;Organizing the operational activities of the department to ensure timely and efficient execution of tasks;Collaboration with other functional departments of the company to achieve common goals;Reporting and analysis of sales.Required experience and skills:2+ years of experience in sales to corporate clients;Strong communication and presentation skills;Negotiation skills;Strong analytical and organizational skills;Ability to work with large amounts of information and attention to detail;Experience with CRM systems; English Upper-Intermediate (B2) and above. Nice to haves: Additional education in project management and sales;Experience in IT salesPrevious use of PipeDrive CRM. Working at Lviv IT Cluster offers:The opportunity to be part of the largest tech community in Ukraine;Prospects for professional growth;Experience in implementing unique and large-scale projects;A fun and supportive team;Competitive salary;Yearly performance and salary reviews.
