  • Management of the accountable territory and a team of active sellers in stores;
  • Development of the entrusted territory;
  • Planning the work of a trusted team of active TT sellers of the direct channel in order to achieve goals in the accountable territory; setting oral and written goals for each team of active TT sellers - for the most effective sales process and effective activity of each TT, providing all necessary resources to the team of active Partners sellers;
  • Work with Partners;
  • Ensuring compliance of Partners' business activities with established criteria, preparation and implementation of Development Plans for Partners, if necessary;
  • Regular visits to sales points in accordance with the approved schedule (audit), at least once a week, with the aim of building mutually beneficial relations;
  • Analysis and evaluation of tasks performed by Partners. Timely adjustment of Partners' goals;
  • Evaluation of the performance of the tasks of each TT, summing up on a regular basis. Timely adjustment of goals for a team of active TT salespeople.

Minimum requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • 3+ years of work in sales;
  • Languages: Ukrainian;
  • PC skills: MS Office;
  • Driver's license: Category B, 2-3 years of experience.
