We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager who is ready to conquer new markets and work for results. Responsibilities: Search for potential customers, preparation of commercial offers, research of customer needs (sales discovery); Initiating the launch of marketing campaigns for generating leads to attract new customers in the current (Ukraine) and new markets (Europe); Development of an effective sales program that will increase the number of contracts; Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers; and updating data in the CRM system; Market research, trends and competitors. Required skills: Experience in the positions of Sales/ Business Development/ Growth Manager; Understanding and management of sales processes, including lead generation in the field of B2B services; Excellent oral and written command of the English language (level not lower than Upper-Intermediate); Experience of working in European markets, Great Britain; Experience with CRM systems and Sales/Marketing tools; Possession of excellent negotiation and leadership skills; Ability to think analytically, proactivity, communication, autonomy in all processes.
