About the role: We are looking for a Sales Manager to join the team in the Kyiv (Bortnychi) office. Requirements: Good command of English, both oral and written Experience in sales and customer service Excellent relationship building and communication skills Ability to initiate and develop business relationships Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments High level of confidence in presentations and negotiations. Good understanding of technical aspects of products Key Responsibilities: Customer Relations: Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with existing and potential customers in assigned geographic regions. Business Development: Proactively identify new opportunities to achieve personal and sales goals . Increasing sales volumes and finding new customers and partners in a trusted geographic region. Presentations and Support: Make presentations about the company and its equipment. Provide support to clients at all stages of cooperation. From the first contact to after-sales support. Project work: Preparation of project proposals together with the technical and engineering teams of the company. Negotiating terms: Negotiating project terms and contracts to maximize profits.
