Your role will encompass the entire sales cycle, from prospecting todeal closure, and exceptional performance will fast-track you totheVP ofSales position. Abit ofcore responsibilities for this role: —Extensive cold calling —Engaging prospects via LinkedIn messages —Crafting and sending sequences toprospects in Apollo.io —Following upand scheduling appointments with interested prospects —Networking within technical groups and Slack channels —Run demo calls and presentations —Develop sales strategies toincrease sales and business growth. —Exceptional leadership skills Key Requirements: —Fluency inEnglish. —Demonstrated capability ofhitting $1M+ annual quota withUS clients. —3+years’ experience asanSDR orBDR orSales manager recruiting, consulting services, orsoftware companies. —Connect with C-level executives, Directors, and Senior Managers todefine project goals. —Aresults-driven approach tocold calling. —Prior experience with Apollo, HubSpot, orPipeDrive. —Proficiency indeveloping client acquisition strategies oninternational platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, etc. —Delivering company presentations and understanding client needs. —Negotiation skills and atrack record ofsuccessfully closing deals. —Proven experience inupselling and cross-selling. —Strong LinkedIn presence with 5000+ connections orfollowers from aUS audience. —Advanced user ofAI tools such asChatGPT, Gemini, and others. —Deep expertise inemail marketing for business development. —Business-focused mindset and the ability towork independently and remotely. —Detail-oriented, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping people. —Proficiency inweb research and akeen interest inexploring new industries. —Full-time availability during USEST work hours (9am-5pm).
