Since our inception over ten years ago, we have become a leader in the Toronto market and have gained over 14,000 satisfied customers . We are expanding our team and are looking for an experienced Sales Manager.
📍 Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a similar position for at least 6 months;
- Spoken and written English: Upper Intermediate/Advanced (B2 +);
- Technology Experience: Comfortable working with CRM systems, email and other sales tools for lead management, sales tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills: natural ability to build relationships with clients and understand their needs;
- Results Oriented: Self-motivated individual with a strong drive to meet sales goals and exceed expectations.
- Previous experience working with clients or a call center will be a plus;
- Previous experience in the Canadian or US market is preferred, but not required.
🖊️ Main duties:
- Phone calls and email messages : contact communicate with potential customers and existing customers, maintain a conversation until the moment of sale;
- Build relationships: establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers by understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
- Respond to incoming requests (calls, e-mail and chats), advise on company services;
- Ensure customer expectations are met and KPI targets are met.
- Maintain and maintain information in CRM up to date, generate sales reports.
- Stay abreast of sales trends and methods, adjusting sales strategies and approaches accordingly.
