Asasalesperson, you will beresponsible for identifying and pursuing new sales prospects, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals toachieve sales targets. You will collaborate with our team toensure seamless delivery ofour services toclients. 📍 Requirements: • Proven sales experience onasimilar position atleast 1year ; • Conversational and written English : Upper Intermediate/ Advanced (B2 +); • Technologically Proficient: comfortable working with CRMsystems, email, and other sales tools tomanage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports. • Excellent communication skills: anatural ability tobuild relationships with clients and understand their needs; • Results-Driven: Aself-motivated individual with astrong drive for achieving sales targets and surpassing expectations. • Previous experience incustomer service orcall center will beaplus; • Previous experience with Canadian orUS market preferred, but not required. 🖊️ Key responsibilities: • Call and email outreach: contact warm leads and existing customers and nurture conversations tothe point ofmaking the sale; • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. • Respond toincoming inquiries (phone, email and chats), consult about company services; • Skillfully negotiate pricing and timelines toclose deals, ensuring that client expectations are met and KPI targets are achieved. • Conduct appropriate follow-up actions such assending emails, additional information, orsetting upfuture appointments. • Enter and keep information inCRM up-to-date, generate sales reports. • Stay updated tosales trends and techniques, adjusting sales strategies and approaches accordingly. 📌 What weoffer: • Fully remote position ; • Schedule : 5/2 (flexible), 4PM— 1AM Kyiv time; • Basic pay: rate + %from deals closed (atthe initial stages you can earn 1500CAD$+, average sales manager salary— 2000-2500 CAD$ ); • Transparent and clear system ofbonuses and advancements; • IMPORTANT: Warm leads only!• Career growth opportunities; • Management support through onboarding process and afterwards— wewant you toclose more deals and are always here tohelp you improve; • Learning opportunities— wewill invest inyour education and development (LABA, Genius etc). 🔍Hiring process: 1.
