For our customers, we are not suppliers, we are partners. At the moment, despite the difficult times, we are developing and growing, so we are looking for a Sales Manager who will not just sell equipment, but will create solutions for success in the hotel and restaurant business. What we offer: Salary 17,000 - 18,000 + 1.5% of the sale. Most often, sales amount to six zeros. Basically, our managers receive from 35,000 to 55,000 UAH/month; Trial period is 2 months; Work schedule: Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday - a short day on a floating schedule; work in the OFFICE; Opportunities for professional development and career growth; Work in a dynamic and friendly team. What we expect from you: Experience in sales; Ability to listen and understand the client's needs to provide effective solutions; High level of energy and communication; Love for sales. Role: Conduct negotiations with clients, develop individual solutions for sales of equipment for hotels, restaurants and cafes; Attract new customers, maintain relationships with existing customers; Understand the customer's needs in order to satisfy their needs; Maintain CRM systems (customer base); There are no "cold" calls, but we work through sales channels - Prom. ua, Telegram, OLX, similar.
