A person with excellent expertise in the field of sales, able to understand the client's task and offer the optimal solution using the tools we have. Clients receive help and full support in the process of immigration, opening a business and arranging life abroad. Also, iWorld has 3 representative offices (UAE, Montenegro, Serbia), 800+ successful cases and clients of the business segment in 24 countries of the world. The company is actively developing, expanding its presence on the market and invites to the team ambitious and purposeful professionals who are ready to work with large checks and implement new approaches and methods of work. What will be important for effective work: experience in sales/customer support/customer service by phone - from 2 years; ability to determine customer needs; skills to build trusting relationships with customers; competent communication, excellent written and oral skills communication; experience working with large checks and premium segment clients; experience in negotiations, ability to support the full cycle of a deal with a client. What you will do: process hot client inquiries and provide prompt qualified answers; determine client needs and offer appropriate services; interact effectively with potential customers; achieve planned sales goals in accordance with KPI; monitor sales indicators and compile reports on results; establish trusting relationships with customers.
