Expectations: Experience in the field of sales (goods, services): cold sales or Call center, Help Desk, inbound/outbound line, internet sales — from 6 months. Experience in performance of indicators of call quantity, quality, standards. Experience in attracting customers and B2B sales will be an advantage, but not necessary! Proficiency in MS Office, Bitrix24 and 1C is desirable. High level of communication skills. The ability to organize your working day. Effectiveness. Stress resistance. Systematism. Task: To search for new B2B clients using a cold database and on the Internet (calls, video calls) according to scripts. Conducting negotiations with potential partners/clients. Placement of orders in 1C. Accompany partners at all stages of interaction. Work in the CRM system. The expected result is the achievement of monthly sales figures!
