We are growing at a crazy pace, so we are currently looking for an experienced sales manager for the entire B2B segment (industry: engineering/technology/robotics). We offer: Office work. Expectations from the candidate: Experience in B2B sales (successful case), experience in the field: engineering/technology/robotics will be a big plus. High communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients. Development of proposals, conclusion of contracts, conducting negotiations. Attending professional events, exhibitions. The ability to work in conditions of a high pace of work and set goals. Analytical thinking and the ability of a pre-systemic approach. Skills in working with Microsoft Office, Google Documents, Google Sheets, CRM. Knowledge of the English language on an equal basis allows you to conduct business negotiations and communicate with international clients. Having a driver's license. What needs to be done: Actively search for new customers in the B2B segment and ensure a high level of service to existing customers. Providing clients with technical support and consulting on the selection and implementation of robotic solutions. Conducting negotiations and concluding agreements with partners and clients in accordance with the company's strategy. Cooperation between different departments of the company to ensure sales efficiency. Implementation of sales plans, reporting. Work in Microsoft Office, Google Documents, Google Sheets, CRM.
