  • Active search for customers and work with the LinkedIn community
  • Conducting negotiations, meetings and product demonstrations
  • Participation in tenders, if necessary
  • Support during the test period, collecting feedback
  • Forming an agreement, concluding a contract with a new client
  • Transferring a new client to Customer Care
  • Implementing a sales plan. The sales plan is achievable and realistic, 35-40 thousand UAH/month
  • You will work with European and Ukrainian leads.

    The first month of the trial period:

    • Training. You know the product, its advantages
    • You know the competitors and the market
    • You understand the value of the product for different audiences

    The second month of work:

    • You independently conduct presentations to clients
    • You have your first sale

    3rd month of t/t:

    • Implementation of the sales plan by 50% and more

    After t/t:

    • Stable implementation of the sales plan at the level of other Sales managers
    • You offer your ideas on how to improve the quality of sales, optimize processes.
    • UAH 35,000 + % of the sale (if you complete the plan 100%, you will receive +65% of the sale amount).

    What is required:

    • Sales experience of 2 years or more.
    • Not required, but would be a pluswork in similar industries (product for marketers, PR, HR or Sales)
    • Competent Ukrainian language (written and spoken)
    • English must be spoken
    • Romanian , Polish or any other language will be a plus, but not mandatory
    • Knowledge of Sales&Marketing tools
    • Active/direct sales skills
    • Willingness to work not only with Inbound, but also actively with Outbound according to the Account based model
    • Discipline and self-motivation will help you sell more and earn more, receive awards "the best Sale of the quarter" and grow.

    Hiring process:

    1) Getting to know the HR phone. I will tell you about the company, answer your questions.
    2) Online meeting with the Chief of Growth (~40 min duration)
    3) Feedback or an offer from us is required within 7 working days after the meeting.
