Sales manager (auto parts) in Master Service

Master Service is an international comprehensive operator of car service, spare parts and equipment, operating in Ukraine since 1998. Our mission is to change the culture in the car service market, and we are looking for a team of people who want to grow with us.

What we do:

• We service cars and repair units
• We sell new, restored and used units (wholesale and retail)
• We manufacture professional equipment and tools for service stations
• We work with electric cars and hybrids: diagnostics, service, repair

Who we are looking for:

Auto parts sales manager - a person who will help customers find the best solution and ensure profitable sales.

Your tasks:

• Customer consultation on goods and services, selection of alternatives
• Calls to customers, processing of incoming requests (mainly with the existing base)
• Selection of spare parts and analogues in specialized programs
• Implementation of sales plans
• Control of receivables
• Documentary and financial support agreements

Our ideal candidate:

• Has experience in sales of technical goods
• Confident negotiator, knows how to deal with objections
• Customer oriented and the result
• Understands the structure of the car (preferred)
• Knows programs for selecting spare parts, worked with 1C8 (advantage)
• Independent, responsible, knows how to make decisions
