Main duties: Advising customers on the selection of tools and providing information about their characteristics and use. Placement of orders in the CRM system and coordination of product delivery. Conducting active telephone and written communication with clients. Implementation of set sales plans and achievement of goals. Guaranteed customer support after the sale. Sales reporting. Ensuring high-quality customer service and maintaining a positive image of the company. Requirements: Experience in sales (live or over the phone). High sociability, attentiveness and customer orientation. Ability to listen to the client and determine his need, communicate effectively and convince. PC proficiency at the user level.
