The main duties will be: Collecting and entering inquiries (leads) from various sources (mail, target, websites, calls) into the CRM system. Processing incoming applications from CRM systems, including customer calls, correspondence with them to clarify their needs. Work with calculations, invite and conduct an inspection of the exhibition (if necessary, direct the client to the nearest store and coordinate with the managers of these stores to fulfill the tasks set before them), processing orders.
