In connection with the active development of the project, we are looking for excellent sales / customer service managers for our online store! It is important: have a stable Internet and a headset; experience working in a call center will be an advantage; you must have a computer computer/laptop (internship and further work from the phone is not possible); speak Ukrainian perfectly (oral and written). Our candidate: has effective work experience as a sales manager, manager of an online store; cool, if you have experience in the field of beauty; can work out objections and listen to the client; knows how to easily make contact, attract attention and energize, conducts high-quality consultation; knows how to offer customers to purchase additional products (up-sell, cross-sell). Area of ​​responsibility and tasks: communication with customers by phone (IP), Internet — accepting new orders through the website (registration in CRM), answering questions and consulting customers in messengers and Instagram; knowledge of the assortment, understanding of the product you are selling for quality consultation; help in choosing a product, full customer support, additional sales; forming customer loyalty and a positive image of the company; collecting feedback from customers about past orders.
