The online pet store Danio.com.ua offers products and services for aquariums, as well as for other pets and has been on the Ukrainian market for over 15 years. We need a super manager to work with customers and process orders. You should be attentive, business-like and charged with positivity and development. What should you do: Receiving calls and orders (only incoming contacts: phone, mail, Viber, social networks and marketplaces); Consulting customers about goods and services; Processing orders from the site; Creation of orders in CRM, creation of TTN, packaging and control until the moment of shipment to the customer; Work with returns - reception and processing, control of refunds to customers, resolution of disputed issues; Work with marketplaces where our products are presented; Update of offer cards. Strelka park (near the new circus); schedule 10:00 - 18:00 (or by individual agreement). Experience working with clients and maintaining your own aquarium will be a plus, or the desire to master these areas.
