What do you need to do? Receive calls, process and close incoming online orders from the website, marketplaces, social networks; have a thorough knowledge of the store's product range and provide quality advice to customers; perform the full order cycle. Requirements: confident PC user (Excel, understanding of CRM); experience working with marketplaces, social networks; competent language and clear diction; communicative skills at a high level; customer orientation; responsibility, punctuality. Our ideal candidate for the vacancy: necessarily a charismatic interlocutor, non-conflict, easily finds a common language with any person; knows how to work with potential customers, knows how to convince; responsible and knows how to work independently achieving quality results without nudges from management; has work experience in a similar field / in the field of sales of interior goods or a call center from 1 year (preferably); eager to learn and develop. We offer: official employment; full-time employment with a flexible schedule; a competitive product that is interesting to sell; office work in a friendly young team. Schedule: Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday - weekend.
