Duties: work with submitted orders; support of orders; reception of incoming calls; processing of applications and orders of Customers; outgoing calls to orders; consultation of Customers on products and order status (online, email correspondence, social networks, by phone and live in the office); work on the website - answers to questions / Customer reviews; work with orders in 1C (we teach). Requirements: experience working with clients; competent written and spoken language; have good diction. communication with a PC "on you" (confident user); energy, sociability and focus on results; punctuality, responsibility and serious attitude to work; stress resistance; the ability to conduct business correspondence, experience in 1C, the ability to work at a fast pace and make decisions independently will be a plus.
