The IKnow online English school team is looking for a sales manager. IKnow is a platform for learning English with online teachers. What are the responsibilities of a sales manager at iKnow? conducting trial lessons for potential students of the iKnow online school; testing customers on level of English language proficiency; presentation of the school and the study program, as well as instruction on the use of the online educational platform; assistance to the client with the selection of the study program and conclusion of the agreement; selection of the teacher after the student has purchased the course; work in the CRM system. What is NOT included in the obligation What do we want to see in our candidate? knowledge of the English language (not lower than Upper-Intermediate level); fluency in the Ukrainian language; experience in sales (will be an advantage); excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade; high motivation and the ability to achieve the set goals, the ability and desire to communicate with strangers.
