Responsibilities: Searching for potential clients on platforms such as: UpWork, LinkedIn and other potentially promising channels. Communication with potential clients (leads) including video meetings in English and Ukrainian languages; Onboarding and monitoring the work of LeadGeneration specialists. Creating presentations and proposals for potential clients; Monitoring and working in the CRM system; Working with feedback; Receiving and processing incoming customer requests; Identifying needs the client in the company's services, agreeing the order with the client in accordance with his needs; Keeping sales reports, maintaining the client base. Searching for partners and regular communication with them. Requirements: Experience in the role of a Sales manager or a similar position (an advantage if in a marketing company or agency) Spoken English (B2 minimum )Strong sales skills Understanding of marketing, advertising services - will be an advantage Responsibility and systematic work Experience with UpWork, LinkedIn - will be a great advantage Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team Communicability, self-confidence, honesty and passion for up-selling; Job advantages: Good salary in $ and no upper limit of overtime and % of sales).
