- Finding and attracting new customers;
- Analysis of the internal market;
- Consulting on the assortment and technical parameters of the product (service) provided by the workshop;
- Conducting negotiations;
- Conducting product presentations;

- Conclusion of agreements on the sale of equipment, provision of services;
- Preparation and mailing of commercial offers.
