Sales Manager in Fresh Day Cleaning Services

Position Overview: As a Sales Manager at Fresh Day Cleaning Services, you will play a critical role in managing and nurturing inbound leads and new potential customers. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and genuine desire to help others will be essential in ensuring our clients’ needs are met efficiently and effectively. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and friendly environment, interacting with clients and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities:
•    Respond promptly to inquiries and requests received via phone, text messages, or email.    

•    Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and solutions to potential clients.    

•    Explain and promote our services to new customers and potential clients.    

•    Work with CRM systems to manage and track customer interactions and leads.    

•    Collaborate with the Client Relationship Manager to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.   

•    Manage our lead generation resources such as Yelp, Thumbtack, Google Local, etc.    

•    Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and excellent customer experience.        

•    Handle administrative tasks and documentation related to customer interactions.

Requirements:
•    Strong knowledge of English, Ukrainian, and Russian languages.

   
•    Proven experience in a sales or customer service role (experience in the home services industry in USA is a plus).    

•    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.    

•    Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.    

•    Familiarity and experience with CRM systems are preferred.    

•    Experience in using resources such as Yelp, Thumbtack, or Google Local is preferred.    

•    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.    

•    Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and customer interactions.    

•    Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.

Schedule: The work schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm (CT) / from 5 pm to 2 am (Kyiv time).

Benefits:
    •    Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Starting at $800 per month, with payments every 2 weeks.
