Sales Manager in CHM software

The CHM software company develops software and equipment for automating the workplace of cashiers, sellers, waiters, pharmacists, and accounting for the institution's activities. Its solutions are already used by more than 6,000 retail outlets across the country. CHM software has been on the Ukrainian market since 2009. The company's offices are located in Kharkiv, Kyiv, Lviv, and employs about 60 employees. We have the most experience in the following industries: Retail — Retail trade (food, non-food): large and small chains, shops near the house, small retail outlets; HoReCa — Cafes, restaurants, fast food -food; We help trade and catering establishments to be modern and profitable. We are currently looking for a Sales manager for our Kharkiv office in our team: Requirements: Ability to sell and experience in sales from 2 years (project sales, sales of IT products, B2B sales); Ability to sell products and competently and professionally present them; Confident PC user, experience working with the CRM system; Willingness for business trips (daily, paid travel); Ability to interest the client, ability to convince and quickly establish contact with clients, focus on results, personal interest in sales. Responsibilities: Implementation of the sales plan; Processing of leads in the CRM system; Conducting negotiations with clients, determining client needs; Conducting presentations of the company's software products; Working with objections, bringing the received customer appeals to an agreement; Preparation of commercial offers and documents for the execution of Agreements.
