• You have experience working with calls
• You have high communication skills (you are driven by communication with people, you know how to adapt your communication method to different situations and clients, while understanding their needs and expectations).
• Able to work in multitasking mode (without losing quality and meeting deadlines)

What you will need to do:

• Working with clients over the phone (80% of communication is telephone conversations and 20% is correspondence )
• Advise and interest the client in the company's product
• Undertake regular training to improve own results

• Familiarity with internal processes
• Study of the product (understanding of functionality and capabilities)
