We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Sales Manager to join the JUPI PLUS team. Our company is a young Ukrainian IT team is specializing in UI/UX design, web and mobile software development. We create and implement complex solutions and platforms according to the needs and requirements of our customers.

Main duties:

• Management of the full sales cycle: from finding new customers to successfully concluding deals.
• Finding potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, cold emailing etc.)
• Active participation in meetings with clients, preparation of presentations and support for concluding contracts.
• Analysis of customer needs, organization and holding of first meetings.
• Reporting and achievement of company goals/KPIs.

Required skills:

• Work experience in an IT company (outstaff/outsource).
• Excellent communication skills in English (Upper-intermediate+).
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
• Successful experience of finding new clients through various channels (LinkedIn, cold emailing etc.)
