We’re expanding our success inmobile advertising and planning toenter Western European markets, being the leader indrive-to-store aggregators inUkraine. 👤We’re searching for a Sales Manager todrive the growth ofBlix inUkraine bysecuring new clients and nurturing client relationships. ⚒️ Your responsibilities: Secure new clients and manage contract negotiations. Foster partnerships with FMCG clients. Craft tailored digital advertising proposals. Monitor client goal achievement and market trends. Collaborate with product and marketing teams tooptimize client contracts. Represent Blix atindustry events. Enhance Blix brand awareness. 🧭 You: have atleast 3years ofexperience innew client acquisition and digital product sales, have asolid network inthe FMCG sector, including top global FMCG brands; can showcase documented sales achievements indigital advertising for FMCG and retail, are skilled insales strategy and client relationship building, are interested inthe advertising market and new technologies, your level ofEnglish isatleast intermediate, are ateam player, are ready totravel ifnecessary. 👍 Nice-to-have: Retail client network. Based inKyiv orDniepr (due toclients’ location). B2B event experience. Knowledge orinterest indata-sharing tools. 💡Important notes aboutus: Wework fully remotely and weare not going tochangeit. Weare focused ondeveloping our products/applications, sowecare about people who have the drive and want towin bybuilding the success ofanin-house brand. Wemainly communicate onSlack, Gmail, and Telegram and weuse Google Meet for meetings. 💰 Salary and benefits: Weoffer ahighly attractive bonus system tied tosales performance, which, based onestimated results, can significantly increase your salary. Core working hours are from 9:00 to18:00, but weoffer flexibility asneeded. Health Insurance.
