Hello! Product and service IT company FreshTech is looking for a Sales manager who will deal with the full cycle of sales in the company, including abroad (USA, UK, Europe, UAE).
Our main product is our own low-code platform - the Spiro business process automation system. On the basis of our system, we offer clients to solve non-standard and complex tasks that are beyond the power of templated software.
Thanks to Spiro our customers can automate various business processes in the company, integrate existing applications into a single environment, create customized CMMS, ERP, PRM or CRM systems, and also easily launch start -up project due to PoC/MVP, Mobile and Web development, Product design.
Our clients include successful companies and startups: Danone, British American Tobacco, Reckitt Benckiser, Metro, Nemiroff, Zoomies and many others.
Tasks:
- Implementation of B2B sales strategy, fulfillment of financial indicators from sales; (IMPORTANT! Active work with foreign markets (USA, UK, Europe, UAE);
- Processing requests for incoming traffic, conducting online meetings with leads (which will be transferred by the lead gen) and preparing commercial proposals for them
- Active search and involvement of new customers (B2B);
- Analysis of the most important areas of sales;
- Determination of the client's needs, conducting negotiations and presentations, agreement of cooperation terms;
- Development of long-term relations with clients and partners;
- Preparation of commercial proposals, plans and reports;
- Work with commercial documentation , invoicing, conclusion of contracts, participation in tenders (if necessary);
- Work in the CRM system (entering data on leads and clients);
- Active interaction with the marketing department and PM
- Collecting feedback from customers
Necessary experience:
- Fluency in Ukrainian. language and English from the Upper-Intermediate level (for correspondence and oral communication with clients);
- Work experience in the field of B2B sales from 2 years;
- Experience in successful presentations and negotiations;
- Ability to competently and quickly create commercial offers;
- Ability to build relationships with 0;
- Focus on building long-term relationships;
- Orientation to the result;
- Deep understanding of sales principles and customer orientation.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience of working with foreign markets.
