Your Responsibilities:

  • Actively search for and acquire new clients on platforms like UpWork, Clutch.co, LinkedIn, and other relevant resources.
  • Create personalized commercial proposals that vividly demonstrate our competitive advantages.
  • Conduct presentations and consultations for clients through text, voice, and video channels.
  • Successfully negotiate and execute web development contracts with detailed agreement on budgets, timelines, and project requirements.
  • Build and strengthen long-term partnerships with clients based on trust and reliability.

     

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English for effective collaboration with international clients.
  • Willingness to work on a flexible schedule from 3 PM to 12 AM Kyiv time.
  • Solid experience in B2B sales, expert knowledge of advanced sales techniques, and the ability to compellingly present our services.
  • Deep understanding of web development processes or experience working in a web studio.
  • Successful track record on the UpWork platform and profound knowledge of its specifics for sales managers.
  • Entrepreneurial flair, proactivity, perseverance, and a client-oriented approach.
