Requirements:

• Create and execute thorough sales strategies that are in line with company goals
• Advanced English level
• Possess confidence, self-motivation, and flexibility
• Experience in B2C sales
• Experience in the US market
• Knowledge of the car sales industry is a big plus
• Ability to work from 2 pm to 10 pm EET

Responsibilities:

• Engage daily with new sign-ups, guiding them through the sales funnel from initial contact to successful deal closure, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
• Follow up on customer inquiries promptly, addressing any concerns, troubleshooting potential issues, and resolving doubts to build customer confidence and satisfaction
• Establish and maintain effective communication with dealers, facilitating collaboration and ensuring alignment with sales goals and customer needs
• Build and nurture trust with customers, leveraging strong relationship-building skills to secure their commitment and agreement throughout the sales process
• Develop, implement, and optimize sales funnels, continuously analyzing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and to enhance overall sales effectiveness
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies, providing insights and recommendations to improve conversion rates and achieve sales targets
• Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and monthly goals
